Administrator (LNHA) Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing, a mid-sized Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a strong, passionate, and committed Administrator (LNHA) to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of facility operations Foster a compassionate, resident-focused environment Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Build and maintain a strong, collaborative team culture Drive quality improvement initiatives and census development
Qualifications:
