Role:
Housing Administrator Responsible for oversight of operations of BARC Housing, a 36 bed Intermediate Care Facility. Must have a functional understanding of all related contracts, policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with such and implements effective and efficient systems, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure such. Ensures high quality person centered services by monitoring service and support delivery. Oversees personnel management activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements and team and staff development activities. Ensures fiscal integrity of division by managing and monitoring department budgets in accordance with sound and responsible practices. Engages in the implementation of disaster preparedness and evacuation process.

Must be a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP); OR Must be a licensed nursing home administrator; OR Have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions; OR Have five years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions. 5+ years of supervisory experience in a residential setting, experience as an Administrator preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office required- Excel/Word/Outlook. Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided). Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Must be 21 years old or older.
