Memory Care Director We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementing and practicing our person-centric philosophy within the Memory Care Program. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall Memory Care Program Supervise, train, and coach memory care staff to ensure high-quality care Foster a supportive and engaging environment for residents Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to enhance resident care Implement best practices in dementia care and ensure compliance with regulations

Key Qualifications:
