Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff in providing quality care to residents Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to enhance resident well-being Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage

Qualifications:
