Job Title:
Residential Care Manager- LPN Certification Required Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Manager with LPN certification to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and senior care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing and direct care staff. Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary. Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within assisted living or senior care settings. Strong understanding of clinical operations and resident care best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. LPN Required. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
