Group Home Manager Helping Hands of Flagler County, LLC Palm Coast, FL 32164

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operations of group home personnel, Manage direct support professionals
• Review and monitor program data collection
• Perform duties of residential Supervisor
• Prepare staff work schedules
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions
• Organize staff meetings, attend meetings with case managers, offer continuing education
• Maintain inventory of clients and home
• Transport residents to various destinations as needed,
• oversee the purchase of group home supplies and equipment
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and families to provide comprehensive care
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment

Skills:

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• prepare quarterlies in a timely manor
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices to support residents’ emotional well-being
• Familiarity with resident rights regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring residents’ health conditions
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to make critical decisions and solve problems
• Compassionate care approach with a focus on enhancing residents’ quality of life
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized care plans
