The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a large team, and ensuring that the agency’s growth objectives are met. What you’ll do: Direct day-to-day operations of a successful home health agency Responsible for direction of recruitment, hiring and supervision of all home care program staff. Develop and direct an effective staff training and development program for the personnel; identify the areas in need of growth; provide opportunities for growth and development; conduct reviews of competencies/proficiency level. Coordinate the established marketing program and implementation of proper strategies; ensure maintenance of established referral sources and development of new sources and markets. Demonstrate competency in all areas such as home health care, customer service orientation/satisfaction, budget preparation and implementation, establishment of contractual arrangements for services, coordination of services, resource management. Develop and facilitate efficient working relationships and effective communication among and with other departments in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s Program in Health Care, Business or Finance-related field preferred but not required. Five years of supervision and administrative experience in Home Care preferred.

LOCATION
