The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, particularly in areas such as memory care and long-term care. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and employees. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
