Our growing company is looking to fill the role of assisted living administrator. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Assisted Living Administrator:
- Provide administrative leadership to ensure the facility achieves objectives
- Work with Marketing Consultant to develop a marketing plan for census goal achievement
- Timely, accurate, comprehensive fiscal reports
- Insures the submission of payment of accounts payable
- Negotiates professional contracts within corporate guidelines
Education:
A four-year baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, with a minimum of two years of experience in a senior setting and two years of experience in a direct supervisory position. Qualifications for an
Assisted Living Administrator:
- Personal Care Home Administrator certificate required
- Two years of prior experience as a long-term care administrator preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills
- Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations
- Current State Nursing Home Administrator License/Assisted Living Administrator License required
- Current First Aide and CPR card
