Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Home Services Administrator position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the comprehensive operation of the Home Services Program within the designated region, ensuring excellence across all agencies and locations. Accountable for the strategic oversight and management of all regional operations, including the direct supervision of Home Services Managers and Directors of Nursing. Drives fiscal responsibility, spearheads marketing initiatives, ensures exceptional service delivery, and enforces strict adherence to policies and procedures. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a relevant field
Minimum of three years’ experience in home services care or a related health program
Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role in home services
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

$110,210.00 – $137,352.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
