Position Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to serve as our AHCA-certified Administrator , as required by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). This leadership position is perfect for an RN who is ready to step into a vital role within a new and growing agency and influence the culture from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform in-home client assessments to determine the level, frequency, and duration of long-term care services Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with our care team Assist in recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding qualified caregivers Oversee caregiver scheduling and help manage staffing needs Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to our care team

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of Florida Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills Experience with caregiver supervision and/or scheduling is a plus Passion for working with seniors and a strong commitment to quality care Leadership mindset and desire to grow with a new agency Why Join Us?
