Leading the Group Home’s team of direct care staff to ensure quality care of the youth, supervise and Direct Support Professional (DSP). Address performance-related issues and oversee comprehensive assessments and care plans. Your role will be pivotal in supporting Group Home residents, staff and families to create a nurturing and empowering environment for everyone involved. Overall Mission:
Create an environment that inspires our youth, strengthen their character and build a lasting foundation of trust and commitment. Full-Time Group Home Manager Training is provided for all employees. Pay depends on experience and certifications. (starting at $18.00/hour) Job Duties include but do not limit to the following tasks:
- Supervision and management of Group Home Direct Care Staff
- Activities of Independent Daily Living for youth
- Transportation (escorts to appointments or running errands)
- Companionship
- Dressing/grooming
- Showers/bathing
- Personal Care Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to pass a background check required.
$500.00 sign on bonus for candidates who successfully complete a 90-day introductory period. Benefits – For Full-Time employees who worked 32 or more hours a week and after 3 active months with our agency. Normal Hours:
M-F 7am – 3PM However, the following hours may be needed: 12 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Overtime Weekends as needed
