Executive Director River Place (Assisted Living & Memory Care) 3492 Johnstonville Rd, Forsyth, GA 31029 River Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our community with compassion and excellence. As the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a positive and supportive environment for team members and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence in resident care, focusing on dignity, respect, and personalized service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
• Recruit, train, and support a high-performing team of caregivers and administrative staff.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance safety, quality, and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for assisted living and memory care.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
