POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage theoverall operations of the community in accordance with policies andprocedures and current federal, state and local standards,guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As theAdministrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop anddirect resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care ismaintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator willalso plan, implement and achieve the community’s businessobjectives.
Education and Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license ingood standing, in the State in which you are operating. Must haveknowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you arepracticing. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability tofollow verbal and written instructions. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out bothverbal and written directions. Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills andattention to detail. Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and communitystaff in the performance of duties. Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements ofthe position/assignment. Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety ofothers in the workplace.
Experience:
Must have 2+ years of experience as a Nursing HomeAdministrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
