We are currently assisting a market leading organisation in the hunt for a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of a Skilled Care Nursing facility in Hoke County, North Carolina . We are looking for someone who is Licensed within the state of North Carolina to lead a skilled nursing facility, with prior experience overseeing a long term care facility with over 100 beds. The Nursing home provides long term care and short term rehabilitation to adults and geriatrics including Wound care, Memory care, Respiratory, IV services, Diagnostics and Pain management. The service belongs to a diverse and growing healthcare provider with a number of other services in the region and over 50 services in total spanning 6 states. The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives. Requirements of the role

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of North Carolina
  • Proven ability to manage facility finances and improve census/occupancy
  • Exceptional knowledge of developmental factors which impact the lives of elderly residents at the facility including
  • physical, cognitive and socialization factors.
  • Training and performance management of all staff within the facility including clinical and operations.
  • Communicating corporate values to all staff and ensuring exceptional levels of care are delivered at all times.
  • Ensuring adequate levels of staffing through various recruitment initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of state, federal and local regulations governing the delivery of Long term care in North Carolina The role comes with a highly competitive remuneration package and realistic progression opportunities onto regional leadership responsibilities.
