Home Care and Wellness Administrator Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Home Care and Wellness Administrator Legacy Homecare and Wellness Raleigh, NC 27634 A large healthcare multistate organization is expanding our reach to provide services that extend beyond therapy! This intentional growth will allow us to truly enrich all aspects of the aging adult population and provide much needed services through a trusted partner within their own living space. To help us fully realize the potential of this growth, we are searching for a Home Care and Wellness Administrator who shares our passion of building relationships with patients, learning new ways to deliver care, and being part of a team dedicated to helping senior patients live their best lives. The Home Care and Wellness Administrator will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the organization’s new Home Care and Wellness initiatives. This position will be fully responsible for managing the training of caregivers, quality assurance and compliance, strategic planning, relationship development and growth, as well as fiscal management. The Home Care and Wellness Administrator will work closely with Senior Management and other department leaders to create and refine short- and long-term business plans to achieve measurable and sustainable growth and enhance the company’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Minimum of five years of Home Care Supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Strong social, communication and interpersonal skills Current RN license in good standing in North Carolina Computer skills including Microsoft office Legacy Homecare and Wellness is an exciting new business line that complements our existing healthcare division, which currently provides skilled healthcare services across more than 450 locations in multiple states.
