Our 74-bed skilled nursing facility in Berlin, NH, offers both short- and long-term care in a supportive environment where residents receive personalized care. We are seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator to lead our management team. Full-Time Benefits Competitive healthcare plan options with Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Additional pay if enrolled in another employer-sponsored healthcare plan Available coverage: critical illness, accident, long-term disability, legal plan, and pet insurance Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance Flexible Spending Account 401(k) plan with 3% automatic employer contribution after 1 year Job Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and accountability for facility operations, including availability during off-hours and weekends as needed Promote a culture that supports the organization’s mission and ethical business practices Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans per internal guidelines Monitor and act on Standards of Care and Quality Indicators Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure compliance with credentialing standards and regulatory requirements Analyze and resolve areas not meeting quality standards Delegate administrative authority appropriately Ensure integration of resident rights into all aspects of care Participate in incident investigation and follow-up Lead effective recruitment and hiring to meet staffing needs Chair a recruitment and retention committee with a focus on employee retention Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations Oversee employee relations, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with policy Monitor census and payer mix to meet financial objectives Manage expenses within budget and maintain accountability for supply and spending Requirements Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in New Hampshire or eligibility for reciprocity Minimum of 2 years as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a healthcare supervisory role with successful completion of an AIT program Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital or familial status, or age.
