Office Administrator – Home Care Agency FirstLight Home Care North Brunswick NJ North Brunswick, NJ 08902 We are a growing home care agency seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on a variety of important responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle caregiver scheduling and ensure shift coverage Oversee hiring and onboarding of new caregivers Manage daily office tasks and client communication Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and caregivers Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism Be available to answer calls or messages after hours and on weekends when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of office experience (preferably in healthcare or service industry) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task , stay organized, and work independently Empathetic and patient approach to both caregivers and clients Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility
