Nursing Home Biller (Business Office Manager) Jennie B Richmond Chaffee Nursing Home 222 East Main Street, Springville, NY 14141 Nursing Home Biller – Business Office Manager, Springville NY Full Time. Compensation $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include Health and Life Insurance, Dental plans, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, 403B, and more Jennie B. Richmond Nursing home on the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital campus. The Business Office Manager examines and processes bills for all LTC Accounts Receivable, primary and secondary medical claims; reviews mail correspondence, manages medical claim denials and inbound phone calls from medical insurance companies as well as patients. The successful candidate must understand and have experience maintaining all phases of LTC medical billing. Must have experience assisting in the analysis of open medical claims – verification of timely submission and claim resolution as needed and timely filing issues/denials leading to lost revenue. Reviews all accounts receivable claims. Transmits all claims sent electronically.
Requirements:
HS/GED. Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care Medical Billing work experience spanning all types of carriers including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance. PointClickCare experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills Why our
