What You’ll Do Lead Daily Operations :

Assume full management and oversight of community operations, ensuring excellence in regulatory, financial, and quality performance.

Build and Empower Teams :

Develop and lead a high-performing management team that upholds the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance :

Maintain substantial compliance with DHS, DOH, and OSHA regulations, and uphold a minimum CMS 4-star rating.

Financial Oversight :

Prepare and manage budgets for the Health Center, monitoring occupancy, staffing, and cost-effectiveness.

Drive Quality and Compliance :

Oversee quality of care initiatives, QAPI programs, Patient Risk meetings, and metrics-based performance programs.

Facilitate Resident Transitions :

Lead transition planning across all levels of care to ensure seamless resident experiences and high-quality outcomes.

Clinical Oversight :

Supervise clinical teams in healthcare, ensuring delivery of personalized, high-quality resident care.

Policy Leadership :

Review and update policies and procedures to reflect current federal and state regulations and best practices. Serve as

Organizational Spokesperson :

Represent the community at the IL Health Care Council, fulfilling regulatory requirements and promoting transparency.

Report and Communicate :

Deliver quality performance and risk management reports to Executive Leadership and the Board as required.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Minimum of three years’ experience as a nursing home administrator or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge in a healthcare or senior living setting.

Preferred:

Five years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Proven success in budget management, team leadership, and clinical oversight.
