We are seeking a Director of Wellness to lead and inspire our wellness team in a warm, person-centered Personal Care Home setting. If you are a nurse or experienced wellness leader who understands the importance of both compliance and compassion, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role As the Director of Wellness , you will oversee the coordination, development, and supervision of resident care services. You’ll ensure the highest standards of health and well-being for our residents while supporting and guiding a team of dedicated caregivers. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the wellness department in alignment with 2600 Pennsylvania regulations Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance using EHR and eMAR systems Complete and manage state-required assessments and forms Develop and oversee individualized service plans for residents Supervise and mentor caregiving staff to promote consistent, high-quality care Maintain communication with residents, families, physicians, and outside providers Serve as on-call support for clinical concerns or emergencies Monitor medication management systems and conduct routine audits Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for both residents and staff Qualifications Strong knowledge of PA 2600 Personal Care Home regulations and state documentation requirements Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR) systems Previous leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or personal care home settings Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills Willingness to be on-call and maintain a flexible schedule Deep empathy for and commitment to the care of seniors What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Flexible scheduling and on-call support rotation Supportive, mission-driven team culture Opportunity to grow in a leadership role in senior care Meaningful work that makes a lasting impact every day Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) .
