Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Skilled Healthcare Center North Wales, PA 19454 Nursing Home Administrator NHA Full-Time $90,000 – $130,000 per year 1+ year of experience required Who We’re Looking For We’re on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on Nursing Home Administrator to lead one of our large skilled nursing facilities. If you’re someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys making a real difference in the lives of others, and can juggle the details while keeping an eye on the big picture—we want to hear from you. This role is all about creating a supportive, efficient, and resident-focused environment. You’ll work closely with a team of great people (including at least 7 direct reports), manage daily operations, and help guide the facility toward strong outcomes—both in care and performance. What You’ll Be Doing Be a consistent and approachable presence in the building—your team and residents will know you’re there. Support a great experience for residents and their loved ones. Build positive relationships in the local community and with healthcare partners. Keep the facility in great shape—overseeing buildings, equipment, and general upkeep. Help recruit, coach, and support your team, including staff evaluations. Make sure everything stays in line with state and federal guidelines. Maintain solid recordkeeping and compliance. Monitor reports and key metrics to guide improvements. Work with hospitals and referral partners to keep the facility connected and well-positioned. Create a warm, welcoming vibe throughout the facility—for staff and residents alike. What You Bring A PA Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing. At least 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Confidence managing day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and compliance. Strong budgeting and financial skills. The ability to plan, prioritize, and lead effectively. Great communication and organizational skills. A caring, empathetic approach with a focus on teamwork and positive energy.
