Cumberland Ridge Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community in the heart of Crossville. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, families, and staff while overseeing the daily operations of a respected and growing community. Key Responsibilities Serves as the 40-bed community leader and is responsible for financial, human resource and operation of the facility. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the community. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations. Foster a culture of excellence in resident care, staff engagement, and customer service. Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy goals. Supervise and assist in all Resident services. Assists in Marketing to accomplish occupancy targets. Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and team members. Works to maximize relationships with Wyndridge Health and Rehab center (on-site nursing and rehab center) Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the broader Crossville community. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Knowledge of Tennessee assisted living regulations. Strong financial acumen and operational management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. A passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.
