HC&N Healthcare Solutions – Nursing Home Administrator(LNHA) Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) -Essential Duties ℜsponsibilities include: Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient caremeets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Prepare annual budget for facility. Monitor monthly performanceof facility in relation to budget and intervenes asneeded. Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain asufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programsand services. Ensure employee performance meets or exceedsexpectations and periodic performance appraisals are conducted on atimely basis. Make sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealingenvironment for residents, patients, visitors and staff inaccordance with company guidelines. Complete required forms and documents in accordance withcompany policy and state and/or federal regulations. Manage all aspects of state or federal government surveyprocesses.

Candidates for this position must:

Have experience working as a Nursing HomeAdministrator. Excellent work history in the Long Term Care industry (minimum3 years) Be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of TN(with an active license). Be committed to team-oriented outcomes and qualitycare; Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
