Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director to lead and manage our Resident Services Department. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating quality care and services to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and community standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical oversight, staff leadership, and resident-centered care in a senior living setting.
Other Skills Required:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Resident Services Department, ensuring high-quality resident care. Develop and implement care plans that support residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing and support staff for optimal performance and compliance. Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to ensure seamless care delivery. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, community policies, and safety protocols. Manage department resources, including staffing, budgeting, and supplies, for efficient operations. Serve as acting Executive Director in their absence, providing leadership and decision-making support. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Promote a culture of respect, dignity, independence, and choice for all residents.
Requirements:
