The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate level courses in the Nursing Program, developing curriculum, and providing clinical supervision as needed. This individual will contribute to student mentorship, program assessment, and professional service while maintaining compliance with accreditation and licensure standards. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for student engagement and advancing the mission of the university and the college. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a full-time, 9 month; on-ground position; Faculty rank, tenure status and salary will be commensurate with academic qualifications, teaching experience, and research. Position is expected to begin late Fall 2025.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing or a health related field required; Doctoral degree preferred Expertise in Psychiatric/Mental Health required Active, unencumbered Alabama registered nurse license or multistate registered nurse license issued by a party state Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed nurse Teaching experience preferred For initial application submit: Curriculum Vitae Cover letter Employment is conditional upon a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
