Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Instruction:

Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate discussions, and provide hands-on training to students in various nursing courses, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the Program Director to review and update course materials, integrating simulation-based learning experiences into the curriculum to enhance student learning outcomes.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Participate in the assessment and evaluation of student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to promote student success and professional growth.

Professional Development:

Stay current with advancements in nursing education, simulation technology, and best practices, engaging in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and expertise.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other faculty members, clinical partners, and stakeholders to promote interdisciplinary collaboration, student success, and program excellence.

Administration:

Assist in administrative tasks related to the nursing program, such as student advisement, committee participation, and program accreditation activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelorette degree in Nursing Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience Previous teaching experience in a nursing education program preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing educational needs
