The ideal candidate should have a solid background in nursing, particularly in medical-surgical settings. This position includes delivering instruction based on an established curriculum and guiding students through clinical experiences to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed for success in the nursing field. The instructor will also incorporate educational tools such as ATI and Canvas to support student learning. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing curricula that align with current healthcare standards and practices. Teach courses in various nursing specialties, including Pediatrics and ICU, ensuring comprehensive coverage of essential topics. Supervise students during clinical practice, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development. Assess student performance through exams, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions. Utilize learning technology and tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Stay updated on advancements in nursing education and healthcare practices to continuously improve course content.
