RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the Standards of Nursing Care and Follows the policies and Procedures set forth by the State Board of Nursing, Department of Health and the Company Ensure Compliance with Resident Medication Assistance Guidelines Outlined in Company Policy and Procedure Manual Supervise and Train Resident Care Assistant Team Members Conduct Monthly Resident Assessments Maintain Accurate and Timely Nursing Notes and Records Collaborate with other Team Members to Improve Residents’ Quality of Life
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
