Additional requirementsinclude:
  • ADN required, BSN preferred
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • 2-3 years RN experience required, at least 1-year supervisoryexperience preferred Department/Unit Summary A new opportunity is available for our busy Medical-Surgical unitas an RN Manager.

Our 22-bed unit is split onto two floors with anurse to patient ratio of 1:5/6 is staffed with Registered Nurses(RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sittersproviding care for a mis of patients including those on dialysis,diabetes, heart disease, geriatric patients, and recoveringsurgical patients. This position reports to the Director of Med/Surg and performs thefollowing essential functions: Defines the mission for the department and shares the corporatevision with assigned staff. Directs operations and administration of the department under thegeneral guidance of their Administrative Representative. Develops and directs assigned personnel in the performance of theirduties and responsibilities.
