Overview We are seeking a P rogressive Care Charge RN , internally referred to as our Progressive Care Unit Charge Nurse . The PCU Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and operations within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step-Down Unit . They will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote a positive work environment, and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You must have:

+ C urrent and valid state RN License + C urrent BLS upon hire and maintain current + C urrent ACLS 30 days upon of hire and maintain current + PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients Additional Qualifications That Are a
