As the RN Supervisor at VenzaCare’s Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you willplay a vital role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuringcompassionate, high-quality patient care. Your leadership willdirectly impact the quality of healthcare services provided, andyoull serve as a trusted mentor for the nursing team, guiding themto excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the nursingstaff, upholding quality standards, policies, andproceduresCoordinate patient care by scheduling and assigningnursing staffEvaluate nursing activities to ensure high-qualitypatient care, strong team relations, and efficient servicesMonitorpatient care quality and assist with patient care as neededRespondto complex, urgent, or emergent situationsAct as a liaison betweenstaff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effectivecommunicationMentor and develop nursing staff, promotingprofessional growth and training
Qualifications:
Current RN licensewith the state board of nursingBSN degree preferred, with at least1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare settingStrongclinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patientcareExcellent leadership and communication skills with the abilityto motivate and inspire a teamProficiency in electronic medicalrecords and healthcare software systems
