Mid-level Leadership Full Job Description Overview:

Responsible to the OR Manager for the operation and administration of the Service Specialty, including effective management of clinical systems, human resources, finances and the work environment. Promotes multi-disciplinary collaborative practice with physicians and other departments, performs in-depth patient needs, develops and monitors patient care standards, and promotes the overall goals and objectives of the department’s mission.

Qualifications:

Education required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing License, certification and/or registration: Current Alabama Nursing Licensure required. BCLS Certifications required (must be completed within the provisionary period)

Experience:

Extensive Operating Room experience. Management experience desirable.
