Position Summary:
Administratively coordinates and manages hospital activities on aper shift basis under the direction of CNO or AOC. Responsible forstaffing patient care areas, coordinating patient admissions,managing flow of patients throughout the hospital and generalsupervision of hospital. Maintains own professional growth anddevelopment in nursing leadership and required licensure.
Communicates important information to the CNO and otherAdministrative Team members as needed.

Minimum Education Associate’s degree is required Bachelor’s degree is preferred Required Licenses Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required
Required Certification:
American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days ofhire ACLS is required within 6 months of hire PALS is required within 6 months of hire
