This key leadership role ensures the smooth operation of our nursing department during weekend shifts and provides direct supervision and support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all nursing activities during weekend hours Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on duty Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and facility standards Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment Address and resolve issues promptly with a strong, solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications:
