This role has a 10% annual incentive plan Position Overview TheRN Clinical Manager – Hospice works under the direction andguidance of the Branch Administrator to provide supervision of allclinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and/orclients receiving extended non?licensed support services. Thisleader is responsible to provide staff orientation and ensurecompetence as a Preceptor and or ensure RN Case Manager/Preceptorresources are in place. Ensures that services are deliveredaccording to licensing guidelines, professional medical standardsand agency policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Plans, develops, and manages the clinical programs, services,activities, and employees of the agency consistent with companypolicy and regional management directives.
- Assists with theoversight of the agency’s growth related to home care.
- Serves asthe clinical expert and assists with the operational and financialmanagement of the agency.
- Investigate and take appropriateactions on client/consumer complaints.
- Participate in therecruiting, hiring, and identifying the training needs of clinicalstaff
- Evaluates programs and services regularly to identifyopportunities for improvement.
- Conducts regular client homevisits to ensure quality of care and performs home visits asneeded.
- Ensures client compliance with federal/state regulationsthrough policy and procedure administration to staff.
- Supervisesall clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employeeevaluations for all clinical staff.
- Responsible for overseeingcase management to ensure services that are financially sound.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Obtain andmaintain active CPR per agency policy.
- Bachelor’s degreepreferred
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basicunderstanding of OASIS
- 3 years RN experience in a hospice settingHHH As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employeesmust comply with all health-related requirements in all relevantjurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subjectto exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
