Offices include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Endocrinology, Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Neurology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease and OB/GYN located in various communities in the River Region. Oversees Front Office Coordinators, Radiology Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators in multiple physician offices within the Jackson Clinic. Responsible for patient satisfaction, personnel staffing, process improvements, and supply chain management.

Requirements:

High school diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Active Alabama Registered Nursing License. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physician office management in a multi-specialty setting preferred. Active Alabama Registered Nursing License. Multi-line telephones, fax, computer, printer, copier, credit card equipment, typewriter, adding machine, billing and coding reference materials. Excellent verbal and written communication required, telephone etiquette, customer relations’ skills, CPT and ICD Coding. Computer literate. Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to utilize the PC and calculator; ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; verbal communication and hearing ability to communicate with a multitude of patients and customers, Ability to lift 25 pounds without difficulty.
