Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, including IV infusions and tube feeding, while monitoring patient responses. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide critical care and support to patients with diverse needs. Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
