Critical Care Experience Required. Three 12-hour shifts(07:00-19:30) & one 4-hour shift per week (flexible). Some weekendshifts. No holidays. Work where every moment matters. The Assistant Nurse Manager isrecognized as the clinical expert and is a leadership role modelfor Registered Nurses and all staff under their supervision. TheAssistant Nurse Manager directs the work to ensure the overall careof patients is managed in a safe and efficient manner. This leaderwill review the assignment of patient care activities assuring thatstaff is qualified to care for assigned patients. The AssistantNurse Manager will support team members and ensure quality andservice excellence to patients. They will also facilitate solutionsfor challenging patient care situations. The Assistant NurseManager will appropriately assign the workload and collaborate withmanager to monitor and maintain staff performance. Qualifications

  • BSN or related field- a qualified candidate in the process ofcompleting the educational requirements will be considered.
  • Current CT RN license is required.
  • Charge nurse or supervisoryexperience required.
