Nursing Supervisor:
Must have current Connecticut RN license Must have long-term care experience Must have excellent leadership skills Must have nurse management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities of a
Nursing Supervisor:
Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements. Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff and following up on work results. Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed. Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving. #6878
