What You’ll Do:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you willlead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care andensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of ourresidents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of thefacility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursingpolicies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

What You’llBring:
Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: Valid statenursing license Advanced degree or certification preferredExperience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Caresetting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patientcare Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronicallyill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
