This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Nursing Supervisor will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients. Duties Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care. Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, discharge planning, and emergency interventions. Monitor compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
