Your Role as a
Clinical Manager, RN:
Supervise home health services to ensurepatients receive high-quality care as prescribed byphysicians.
Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance withMedicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
Follow andenforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example forthe team.
Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards,principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Stay up to date onall relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support qualitycare.
Qualifications:
An unencumbered Florida Nursing License(required).Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliabletransportation (required).Willingness to travel as needed tosupport patient care and team operations.
Two years of experience asan RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required).Oneyear of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care withproficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).Why ChooseConcierge Home Care?
