Unit Manager RN RAM Recruiting Starke, FL 32091 We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to join our exceptional nursing home team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care and support to our patients, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the unit, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our patients Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional needs, adjusting care plans as necessary Communicate and collaborate with family members to address concerns and provide updates on the patients progress
Qualifications:
Current RN license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
