We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring that the highest standards of nursing practice are maintained. This position requires strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical decision-making and problem-solving. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge instructions. Strong delegation skills – able to delegate tasks when needed Resident/patient care at times Strong supervisory/leadership skill s- be able to lead the nursing team in stressful situations. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in an assisted living environment with a focus on resident care Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities.
