A leading acute care hospital based in sunny Palm Beach countyis currently searching for an experienced Nurse Supervisor MotherBaby to join their award-winning healthcare organization. This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services includingcomprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care,maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care.

Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Nurse Supervisor Mother Babywill provide clinical leadership to the 37-bed women and infantunit that cares for more than 3,000 births per year. Otherresponsibilities include providing staff evaluations, managingpatient flow, offering staff and patient education, participatingin hourly rounding, and serving as the liaison between staff andleadership teams. This is a full-time night shift position.
