The Dialysis Nurse Manager isresponsible for dialysis facility management and nursing personnelsupervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatments for allDCI patients.

Responsibilities What You Can Expect:
Schedule patients and staffand provide direct patient care when needed Ensure all hemodialysistreatments in the dialysis facility follow DCI policies andprocedures Develop and implement standards of care, providingpatient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies,DCI’s Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program andthe individual clinic’s requirements Plan and provide training andassessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educatorCoordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementationwith the quality and risk manager Collaborate on patient careinitiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, chargenurses, technical managers, staff nurses and equipment techniciansIntegrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staffeducation, research projects and unit expansions with clinicoperations director and medical director Manage nursing, socialwork, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medicaldirector Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance toDCI’s policies and procedures and applicable laws Work closely witharea operations director on identifying operationalefficiencies
