In the role of Clinical Supervisor , youwill be responsible for managing all clinical services provided toclients as well as the education, training, and supervision of ournurses in the field. If you are an RN who is passionate abouthelping children and is a superior communicator, with the abilityto solve problems and build relationships quickly, we want to hearfrom you!
Requirements:
- An active unrestricted Registered Nurse(RN) license.
- At least one-year of experience as an RN within thelast 36 months. PDN experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritizeand handle multiple tasks of critical importance simultaneously,while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with electronic charting and review to ensure accurateand timely submission of documentation.
- Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:
- Interviewing, education, training, performancemanagement, and field supervision of clinical team members.
- Client triage, including admissions, recertifications, anddischarges.
- Working with clients, Clinical Director, and otherson the care team to create high quality individualized Plans ofCare.
- Review documentation submissions for accuracy, to improvequality, and to ensure authorization for services goesuninterrupted.
- Conduct home and/or hospital visits.
