Be the NurseManager You’ve Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journeyinvolves: Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, andservices on assigned shift or unit. Ensures all patient careactivities are completed as required. Assigns the appropriatenursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures theirpresence. • Identifies training needs and resources for staff withother organizational leaders. Celebrating patient victories alongthe way. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by stateregulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to beobtained within one year of starting position. CRRN certificationto be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibilityrequirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related fieldpreferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospitalsetting (within the last five years). Previous leadership role,such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, andhaving accountability for patient and staff results.
