Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Education to lead training, quality, and performance improvement efforts in out Fort Myers, FL location. If you are a skilled and experienced Home Health RN who is passionate about education and driving clinical quality, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA and clinical education programs across the agency Oversee OASIS documentation and clinical compliance training Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to improve patient outcomes Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Florida Active and valid Florida driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance and a clear MVR 2-3 years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation (required) 1-2 years in a supervisory role or leadership role (preferred) Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and care planning Excellent communication and origanizational skill
